These terms apply when you buy or use GiftCase Studio, its upgrades and its bonuses. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use GiftCase Studio with your own account. Upgrades bought with the same email address are added to that account. You can be signed in on up to 3 browsers or devices at the same time.

Your account is for you. Do not share your sign-in details or let other people use your account.

2. The books you make

The names, facts and messages you enter are yours. You may print the books you make, give them as gifts and use them with family, friends and guests.

Selling the books you make to your own customers, printed or as PDF files, is included with the Marketplace Seller Kit upgrade. You are responsible for following the rules of any marketplace, print service or platform you use, for example Etsy, Amazon KDP or Lulu. GiftCase Studio is not affiliated with them.

Only enter personal details you are allowed to use, and respect the privacy of the people your books are about.

3. What is not allowed

• Reselling, sharing, giving away or publishing the GiftCase Studio app, your account, the upgrade content or the bonus files, on their own or as part of another product.
• Copying, modifying or getting around the app’s sign-in, device limit or upgrade checks.
• Using GiftCase Studio’s templates, word lists or designs to build a competing product.
• Using the app for anything unlawful, or to make content that harasses or harms someone.

If these terms are broken, we may close the account involved.

4. Internet connection and your data

You need an internet connection to sign in. After that the app works offline, but it must go online about once every 30 days to confirm your account. If it cannot do this for more than 37 days, making new books is paused until you reconnect.

Your case files are stored only in the browser on your device. You are responsible for keeping copies of the PDFs and files you want to keep. We cannot recover them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Refunds

Purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email khoidinh101097@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will help you or refund you. A refunded product is removed from your account. A refund of GiftCase Studio itself closes the account, including its upgrades.

6. Changes and availability

We may improve, change or fix the app over time. We work to keep the sign-in server available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

7. No warranty and limit of liability

GiftCase Studio is provided “as is”. We check every puzzle the app makes, but we do not promise the app will be free of errors or meet every need, and you should review each book before you print, give or sell it. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

8. WarriorPlus

The sale is handled through WarriorPlus. Payments are made to the product vendor, not to WarriorPlus, and all product questions, support and refund requests go to the vendor.

9. Changes to these terms and contact
