Privacy Policy

GiftCase Studio is built so that the books you make, and the personal details you put in them, never leave your device. This page explains the small amount of information we do handle to run your account.

“We” means the vendor of GiftCase Studio, reachable at khoidinh101097@gmail.com. This policy covers the GiftCase Studio app at giftcase.groovydigi.com and the GiftCase Studio pages on groovydigi.com.

What stays on your device

Everything you type into the app to make a book stays in your browser’s storage on your own device: the recipient’s name, the facts and memories you add, secret messages, marketplace orders you paste in, your case files and the PDFs, images and ZIP files the app makes. The app builds them on your device and does not upload them. We cannot see, recover or restore them, and clearing your browser data deletes them.

What we receive and why

• Purchase details from WarriorPlus. When you buy, WarriorPlus sends us your name, email address, the product, the transaction ID and the order details. We use them to create your account, add the products you bought, and handle refunds. We keep a log of these purchase notifications to fix problems and keep records.
• Your account. Your email address, a securely hashed version of your password (never the password itself), the products on your account and when you signed in. Password reset codes are stored only in hashed form and expire.
• Your devices. To apply the 3-device limit, the app creates a random device ID in your browser and sends it with a short browser label (for example “Chrome on Windows”) and the times it was first and last seen.
• Abuse protection. To limit repeated sign-in attempts, we store only a salted one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself. Like any website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses.
• Emails you send us. If you contact support, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

Payments

Payments are handled by WarriorPlus and its payment processors. We never see or store your card or bank details. Their own privacy policies apply to the checkout.

Emails we send

We send the emails needed to run your account: your account details, upgrade confirmations and password reset codes. If we ever send product news, each message will include a way to stop receiving it.

Cookies and tracking

The GiftCase Studio app sets no cookies and includes no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It uses your browser’s storage to keep you signed in and to save your case files. The sales pages on groovydigi.com run on WordPress, which may set its own cookies.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your information. It is processed only by the services we need to run GiftCase Studio: WarriorPlus for the sale, and our web hosting provider, which runs our server, database and email. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it exists so you can keep signing in. Purchase and refund records may be kept as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. Devices you have not used for 90 days stop counting toward your limit.

Your choices and rights

You can change your password in the app and remove a device with “Deactivate this device”. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email khoidinh101097@gmail.com from the address on your account. Deleting your account ends your access to the app.

Security

The app and our server use encrypted HTTPS connections, passwords are stored as hashes, and your sign-in is protected by a signed token. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else.

Children

GiftCase Studio is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Details about the people you make books for, including children, stay on your device.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
