These terms apply when you buy or use LaunchForge Studio, its upgrades and its bonuses. By using them you agree to these terms.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LaunchForge Studio with your own account. Upgrades bought with the same email address are added to that account. You can be signed in on up to 3 browsers or devices at the same time.
Your account is for you. Do not share your sign-in details or let other people use your account.
The pages, swipes and files you make with LaunchForge Studio are yours to use for your own product launches, and the words you write in them are yours. You may upload, edit and publish them on your own websites and send the swipes to your affiliates. Preparing launch kits for clients as a paid service is included only with the LaunchForge Agency upgrade, under its agency license; the app itself, your account and its templates may never be resold, rebranded or sub-licensed. The policy pages the app makes are templates, not legal advice, and the claim check is a helper for your own review: it does not promise that any marketplace will approve your product or that your pages meet any law. You are responsible for checking your pages before you publish them.
You are responsible for following the rules of any marketplace, hosting service or platform you use. LaunchForge Studio is not affiliated with them. Only use content and personal details you are allowed to use.
If these terms are broken, we may close the account involved.
You need an internet connection to sign in. After that the app works offline, but it must go online about once every 30 days to confirm your account. If it cannot do this for more than 37 days, the app pauses until you reconnect.
Your work is stored only in the browser on your device. You are responsible for keeping copies of the files you want to keep. We cannot recover them. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email khoidinh101097@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you. No reason needed. A refunded product is removed from your account. A refund of LaunchForge Studio itself closes the account, including its upgrades.
We may improve, change or fix the app over time. We work to keep the sign-in server available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
LaunchForge Studio is provided “as is”. We do not promise the app will be free of errors or meet every need, and you should review your work before you publish or use it. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
The sale is handled through WarriorPlus. Payments are made to the product vendor, not to WarriorPlus, and all product questions, support and refund requests go to the vendor.
